BAGASSE

Sugarfiber™ is a Harvest Pack exclusive sugarcane fiber series. The material is derived from residual fibers left from sugar production, commonly known as bagasse. Our Sugarfiber™ products are BPI certified and have a natural look with a sturdy paper-like texture. We recommend the products to be stored at room temperature or between 60-73°F, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. They are environmentally friendly and compostable, unlike their Styrofoam or plastic counterparts. Sugarfiber™ bagasse products are commercially compostable only. Facilities may not exist in your area.

NON-COATED

Sugarfiber™ containers that have no specifications are non-coated and works well for dry and moderately moist food. It can handle both hot and cold foods, but is not suitable for serving soup-based contents, foods with high moisture, and/or foods with high oil content. Please look for Sugarfiber™ products that have PLA coating for water and oil resistance. All non-coated Sugarfiber™ containers are microwave safe and have a temperature resistance of 200°F for up to 20 minutes.
Caution: Hot food and food with high moisture content may cause condensation to form at the bottom of the base.

PLA COATED

Sugarfiber™ containers with PLA coating help prevents moisture and oil from absorbing into the container, allowing them to maintain their structure and durability. PLA coated containers can handle hot foods and foods with high moisture and oil content such as soups, stews, and saucy dishes. These containers are also freezer safe and nontoxic.
PLA material has a low heat tolerance and is not microwave safe.

PAPER & KRAFT

Our paper and kraft products are sustainably sourced and available in classic white or natural kraft colors. We offer custom printing using food grade ink.

NON-COATED

Non-coated paper food packaging includes products like paper bags, paper cup holders, and napkins. These items are specifically designed for serving or storing dry food items and containers. Non-coated products offer a heat tolerance of 100°F to 200°F, depending on their thickness. We recommend checking the product specifications to confirm, as each product may vary. To make the most of their sustainability benefits, it’s best to ensure these items are clean before recycling. Containers with food or oil residue may not be accepted by recycling centers, as contamination can hinder the recycling process. To maximize their eco-friendly potential, ensure items are clean before recycling.

COATED

Our paper products are sustainably sourced and come in white and Kraft color. We also offer them in fun graphics and can be custom color printed using food-grade ink. Paper products can be compostable depending on the type of lining used inside. Paper material can be used for hot and cold cups, plates, trays, food containers, wrappers, bags, straws, and napkins.

PLA/ CPLA

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

A biopolymer that is derived from the fermented sugar in cornstarch. PLA is a plastic-like material that is BPA free, compostable, and renewable. PLA products are clear, freezer safe, and has a low heat tolerance up to 104°F, ideal for cold foods and beverages. It is often used to make cold cups, lids, straws, cutleries, and as a water resistant coating in disposable cups and food containers. We also offer custom color printing on PLA cold cups using food-grade ink. PLA products are commercially compostable only. Facilities may not exist in your area.

CPLA (Crystallized Polylactic Acid)

CPLA is the crystallized form of PLA. It is made by adding chalk to PLA during production and then rapidly heating and cooling the PLA resin. CPLA has a higher durability and temperature resistance up to 185°F, making it microwave safe. Unlike PLA, CPLA is opaque rather than clear due to the crystallization process.
CPLA is used to make plates, cups, straws and utensils.

PET PLASTIC

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a type of plastic that is flexible, lightweight, fully recyclable. PET is an excellent choice for many of our lids and cold cups, providing the perfect combination of strength and clarity. Its crystal clear appears provides a clean, professional look. Additionally, we offer custom color printing on PET cold cups using food-safe ink.
However, it's important to keep in mind that PET has a low heat tolerance, typically between 40-90°F, and is not suitable for microwaving. To ensure safety, we recommend removing PET lids before heating food or drinks.

PP PLASTIC

Polypropylene, PP is a thermoplastic polymer. This material is versatile and is one of the most widely used ingredients in packaging that offers both durability and functionality. It is flexible, lightweight, and 100% reusable. Our PP products are non-toxic, non-absorbent, and microwave safe. They have a high temperature resistance of 180°F. This material is often used for food containers, hot and cold cups, lids, bags, films, and linings.
